For 21643 and 73614:
A valid student or appropriate Private Airman certificate.
Current medical certificate.
Properly checked out and signed off by a club approved instructor with five takeoffs and full-stop landings.
For flights into Mexico, 200 hours total flight time, including ten hours in airplanes with 150 or greater horsepower with Executive Board approval.

150 hours total time plus:
(a). 5 hours logged in any C-182, checkout and sign off by qualified Club approved instructor,
Or
(b). 5 hour check out in Club owned C-182 and sign off by a qualified Club approved instructor,
Or
(c). checked out in club owned C-177RG, checkout and sign off by a qualified Club approved instructor.

Or

100 hours total time plus:
(a). 10 hour check out in Club owned C-182 and sign off by a qualified Club approved instructor.

For flights into Mexico, 200 hours total time including ten hours in airplanes with 180 or greater horsepower.

150 hours total time plus:
(a). 25 hours retractable time, 5 hours logged in any C-177RG and sign off by qualified Club approved instructor,
Or
(b). 25 hours logged retractable time and no time in any C-177RG requires a 5 hour check out in Club owned C-177RG and sign off by a qualified Club approved instructor,
Or
(c). No retractable time requires 10 hours dual with a qualified Club approved instructor including 20 landings and sign off by qualified Club approved instructor.
For flights into Mexico, 200 hours total time including ten hours in airplanes with 180 or greater horsepower.
